Walligraph Lights Archive
From the 1930s Walligraph produced some of the finest examples of early industrial lighting in Britain, comparable, yet widely overlooked in relation to the designs emanating from the Bauhaus during the same period. The company were known for their innovative scissor wall lights entitled the ‘Radialite’ the mechanism allowing people to use the light at their desk then fold it away when they had finished. Along with the wall lights the company also produced the elegant ‘Localite’ desk lights. As the 1930s printed marketing literature proclaimed 'Save your site with Localite.'
