One Pound Lane
Set within the former gaoler’s house and police station, The Pound Bar and Kitchen has retained many of the original features and has created an atmospheric destination to eat and drink, with the former police station cells being converted to private dining rooms.
The lighting scheme, designed by Lightqube, uses a number of reclaimed vintage fixtures from skinflint. Highlights include low profile enamel shades by Thorlux circa 1930, factory pendants salvaged from a Scottish manufacturing facility and most notably the imposing WWII M.O.D bomb factory pendants within the main bar.
