Tucked behind the Tate Modern, the Neo Bankside bakery has a large communal dining space and open kitchen with a relaxed industrial interior and emphasis on natural materials. skinflint supplied a number of their British industrial fluorescent fixtures by GEC. These elegant sleek products were originally installed in a large 1950s pottery in Stoke on Trent and they have now been employed to good effect above the point of sale and main serving counters.
