Padella
A new arrival at Borough Market is Padella. This smaller sibling to North London's acclaimed Italian Trullo offers a simple pared-back menu echoing the sentiments of the Italian cafe.
Illuminating the restaurant, and above the pasta kitchen, are refurbished 1950s Czech pendants from skinflint. Catching the eye of passers-by are the branded teardrop opaline pendants in the window, while inside they add an element of elegance to the simple, refined, monochrome interior of the restaurant.
The lighting design scheme was created and installed by Stileman Lighting Design based in London.
