Map reading light 'The Horstmann Pluslite' (V2)

'The Horstmann Pluslite' a vintage English desk lamp originally designed for map reading. Circa 1940. Steel and aluminium construction with substantial counterweight. Cast makers logo to stem and original label to shade. Interesting surface patinas to the original worn finish have been waxed and sealed through our unique preservation technique. This one features the original magnifying lens and a pleasing articulation at shade, base and arm.

Supplied tested and rewired with nickel bayonet (B22) lamp holder with integral switch, 2mtrs of traditional silver braided cable and plug.
