German machinist light

Luminaire Reference: 12_1491

Early machinists work light by German manufacturer 'Midgard' Circa 1950. The original label and paintwork are so characterful, that we've left this one's finish just as it was when it came off the production line all those years ago. Rotation and articulation at shade and base with additional lateral adjustment between arm junctures.

Supplied tested and rewired with a new linear T4 8W energy saving fluorescent light (5000 hour average life,) two metres of traditional olive green braided cable, period shade mounted switch and plug.
