Vintage Luxo floor standing light

Luminaire Reference: 15_2446

Original Luxo L1 lamp converted to a feature floor standing light.

The L1 was originally manufactured in 1937 and was designed by Jac Jacobsen, the Norwegian designer and founder of Luxo.

Engineers work light with typical features including articulated brushed and lacquered steel arms with external springs and an integral period toggle switch on the polished aluminium shade.

Mounted upon a vintage medical stand, dated 1967, a three-legged lacquered steel lower section with a chrome plated adjustable upper stem.

Supplied tested and rewired with three metres of black cable and new screw (E27) lamp holder, toggle switch and plug.
