Superb medical lamp by Hanovia

Luminaire Reference: 09_0273

An imposing 1950s medical lamp by 'Hanovia' salvaged from a Victorian hospital in South London.

The light comprises a large polished aluminium reflector with an accompanying bracket and an engraved makers plaque. There is full rotation and lockable adjustment at the shade with an ingeniously hidden counterweight detail to allow the shade to be raised and lowered on the stem. The light has been refurbished by hand with a soda blasted and lacquered steel stem, mounted to polished three leg aluminium base, complete with it's original castors.

Supplied tested and rewired with three metres of elephant grey braided cable, a new bayonet (B22) lamp holder, inline switch, and plug.
