Hanovia Sollux medical floor lamp

A converted 1960s original medical floor light by English manufacturer 'Hanovia'. The Hanovia Sollux H.8 would have once been used to treat a large number of ailments with light therapy in hospitals and in the home.

With a polished spun aluminium shade and original manufacturers plaque on a brushed and lacquered steel enclosure. Mounted on a chrome plated upper and lower stem with a brushed and lacquered steel base complete with original castors. The upper stem can be adjusted to allow rotation of the shade, as well as it being raise and lowered.

Supplied tested and re-wired with four metres of elephant grey braided cable and new screw (E27) lamp-holder, inline switch and plug.
