1950s Czechoslovakian dental lamp

Luminaire Reference: 16_2567

An unusual 1950s converted medical dental lamp by 'Chirana' a Czechoslovakian manufacturer.

The light has a large two-part, polished aluminium, 'eye-ball' reflector and bracket. The reflector can be angled and allows you the ability to control the light output by opening/closing the two shades. There is full rotation of the reflector and height adjustment, with an ingeniously hidden counterweight detail to allow the shade to be raised and lowered on the aluminium stem (just twist the black handle to release and lock at the desired height). Refurbished by hand with a brushed and lacquered steel base, mounted on polished aluminium legs with original castors.

Supplied tested and rewired with three metres of elephant grey braided cable, a new bayonet (B22) lamp holder, inline switch and plug.
