XL Chemistry building lights by Holophane (V2)

Luminaire Reference: 16_2777

Vintage 1960s pendant lights salvaged from The School of Chemistry within the University of Birmingham.

Originally made by British manufacturer 'Holophane', the lights feature a brushed aluminium outer shade and an inner prismatic glass, with an embossed markers mark which can be found on the rim. When lit the prismatic glass refracts and enhances the distribution of light. The original polished aluminium junction box also features a cast manufacturers branding.

Each light is supplied with a new screw (E27) lamp holder, 2mtrs of suspension chain, elephant grey braided cable and ceiling mounting plate.

(If you would prefer another colour cable, wire suspension or an E26 lamp holder for use in the USA, please just ask).
