Vintage British industrial lights

Luminaire Reference: 12_1394

Large run of industrial caged pendants by British manufacturer "Heyes & Co Ltd" entitled "The Wigan." Salvaged from the outbuildings of a Victorian hospital in Ayrshire, Scotland, UK. Circa 1940. Original flameproof glass well set within a substantial brushed and lacquered steel enclosure. The products feature several cast details including that the products were 'Certified by the mines department: Certificate No FLP 104/1/2/3'

Supplied with new porcelain screw (E27) lamp holders, 2mtrs of industrial steel suspension chain, elephant grey braided cable and ceiling mounting plate.
