Reclaimed Polish tram lights. Circa 1960

Luminaire Reference: 12_1434

Substantial run of vintage lights salvaged from 1960s decommissioned Polish trams. Brushed and lacquered steel bezel, refinished rear enclosure and opaline convex glass diffuser. Suitable for use as either ceiling or wall fittings.

As depicted within the images, these lights were installed in the Konstal 13N tram produced between the years 1959-1969 by 'production plant Konstal' in Chorzow Poland. The 13N was a Polish copy of the Czechoslovakian Tatra T1 produced by CKD which supplied most of the trams in the Eastern Bloc.

Supplied with new bayonet (B22) lamp holders.

An aperture in either the wall or ceiling of 205mm and a recessing depth of 40mm is required for installling these lights.
