Period pendant lighting. Circa 1960

Luminaire Reference: 14_1911

Elegant Hungarian period lighting. Circa 1960. Opaline glass globes with new nickel plated galleries. The shades were produced at Tokod, a small village north from Budapest, close to the Danube and the Hungarian-Slovakian border. The plant initially started production in 1892. It finally went bankrupt around 2000, although different short lived spin-offs continued, but never succeeded.

Supplied with bayonet (B22) hook lamp holder, 2mtrs of suspension chain, traditional twisted silver braided cable and ceiling mounting plate.
