French textile factory lights (Type 4)

Stunning run of vintage French prismatic lights by 'Holophane' salvaged from the main spinning room of a textile factory established in 1911 in Tourcoing, Lille, France. The lights were installed during a period of refurbishment and expansion during 1956. Prismatic glass shade embossed 'Holophane France' with brushed aluminium cover and polished gallery. Surface imperfections to the shade covers add character and emphasise the industrial heritage of the products. Supplied with new bayonet (B22) lamp holders, 2mtrs of steel suspension chain, elephant grey braided cable and ceiling mounting plate.
