Striking golden bubble glass pendants made in the 1970s and salvaged from Czechoslovakia. Featuring the original and unique glass shade and polished brass gallery with simple cable suspension. These retro-styled pendants are full of character and would make an elegant feature in any space.
Much of the lighting we salvage and restore from the former Eastern Bloc was produced in the manufacturing powerhouses of former Czechoslovakia. Under Communist rule the same design was often manufactured in three scaled versions to cater for varying bulb wattage. The country is also famed for its beautiful glassware, with both wall and ceiling opaline glass lights often being used in public and residential settings, such as housing blocks and schools.

First, we gently disassemble each light fitting allowing us to spot any flaws and plan how best to bring it up to modern electrical standards. Our team of experts then patiently refurbish each component by hand. The finished result is a meticulously restored vintage light that is ready for use for decades more to come.
